Leadership Team
John Fujii,
President and CEO
John has over 15 years of
experience in the
recruiting and
executive search industry. He launched The
Inclusiv* Group as an answer to the growing need for qualified
diverse professionals in the senior ranks of the nation's
largest and midsize employers.
Prior to The Inclusiv* Group, John founded the Hire Performance
Group, a
retained search firm specializing in high
technology. Founded in 1996, HPG is focused on helping emerging
companies build their executive teams to meet their market
demands.
John was Vice President with Selecting Winners, Inc. where he
opened their California Office. Selecting Winners, Inc. is a
training and consulting firm focused on helping organizations
improve their
recruitment, selection and retention ability.
He has worked with companies such as Silicon Graphics, SAP
Technology, Lawson Software and Advanced Fibre Communications,
Inc.
Before that time, John worked for Optical Coating Laboratory,
Inc. (now JDS Uniphase) and Dow Chemical in training and
management roles.
John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical
Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
