Develop and Execute
Recruitment Strategy
Using a focused recruitment strategy we leverage our
knowledge of key industries to determine the target companies /
organizations to locate individuals who will most likely meet the
requirements and have demonstrated patterns of accomplishment. This
recruitment strategy is reviewed with our clients and execution
begins immediately. We contact the identified candidates on a
professional, direct inquiry basis.
Interview Candidates

most qualified candidates are interviewed at length to determine
their strengths and weaknesses. We utilize a
behavioral
interviewing based approach in the interview
process to obtain a realistic understanding of each individual's
accomplishments, capabilities and potential.
Presentation of Candidates
The
most qualified candidates meeting the critical requirements are
presented to our clients. We provide a summary of the candidate's
background and provide any other information pertinent to our
client's interview team.
Reference
Checks
We
speak directly with individuals who are, or have been, in positions
to evaluate the candidate's job performance. Confidential written
summarization's for reference findings are presented to our clients.
Offer Presentation
We
assist our clients during presentation of the offer to the
candidate. We are a resource during negotiations and provide support
in completing the acceptance of our client's offer for employment. |
